This is a short guide on how to sign up for trainings for you who works for a company that has purchased an Innovation Agreement from PLM Group.
1. Voucher codes are sent to your company via email.
You will be able to redeem one of your voucher codes in step 13 of this guide.
2. To be able to log in to the Customer Portal you will receive an invitation email in your inbox.
3. Click on the link to complete the registration.
4. A page is showing like below. Click on the ”Register” button.
5. Fill in ”Username” and ”Password” and click on the ”Register” button.
6. A profile page will appear where you can fill in your personal information.
7. Click on the “Calendar” link to see all trainings offered.
8. Choose language.
9. Click on the “Book here” button on the training you choose.
10. Go further down on the page to see the header “Submit Booking/Order”.
11. If it is another participant, then “logged in person” who is joining the training – fill in the name of the participant in the Comment-field.
12. There is the field named “Voucher Code”.
13. Fill in one of your voucher codes: XXXX - PLM-XXX-XX (This is your specific voucher code to register for the training you wish to attend (copy and paste into the field “Voucher Code”)).
14. Click the “Submit” button.
15. A “Submission completed successfully” page will appear.
16. You will also receive a registration/confirmation email in your inbox.
17. To check which trainings you've been registered to, go to your profile in the upper right corner of the portal.
18. Click on your name and choose the alternative “Profile”.
19. If you scroll down a bit to the header “My Trainings” – here is your Training status.
20. You can cancel your participation up to 7 days before the training starts.
