How to access the customer portal the first time?

Creating an account is very easy, just follow these steps:

Some customers are already in the system – others will need to create a new account.

1. Click on Sign in

2. Press Forgot Password and enter your email

3. If you get an e-mail back with a password, your account is already generated. Just log in with the password and you are ready to get online support.

4. If you didn’t get an e-mail with a password you are not registered in our system and we will help you get an account. Click here to see our contact information. 

5. Done!
