One big advantage of using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform is that you can create a really nice structure for your documents to organize them and make them easy to find.
The tool used for this is called “bookmark editor”. You create bookmarks which you can add to files, both CAD data and associated documents.
What’s even better is that you can create a main bookmark for a new project and divide it into sub-chapters, e.g. “CAD Files”, “Rendered Images”, “Requirements” etc.
