When submitting a support request, you will need the Machine ID for your Markforged machine. This ID can be found on a sticker at the back of your machine. But did you know that this information also can be extracted directly from the Eiger URL?
Click on the Printers list, select device and the ID is showing. You can then easy copy/paste this into the ticket
