Can I move the HostPLM Box from one LAN network to another LAN?


The HostPLM Box can be moved. However you need to understand that the HostPLM Box has been identified and configured to work on a specific LAN network. If you plan to move the box to another LAN, you should (1) inform all your local users and make sure each user will change to a Flex-Connection prior to disconnecting the HostPLM Box. (2) After reestablishing the Box on another network you need to inform the HostPLM support Team at This way the new LAN connection can be configured and the Box should be ready for use no more than 60 minutes later.
