Sometimes it is needed to reactivate SOLIDWORKS Standalone license to refresh the license status. This is usually not required but this can be done when SOLIDWORKS gives this notification:
Please follow these instructions to reactivate SOLIDWORKS Standalone license.
1. From upper right corner in SOLIDWORKS window, press the "question mark" icon, select the menu option "Licenses" and then select the option "Activate".
2. Press "Select All" to select all licenses, select the option "Automatically over the internet...", type your email address and finally press "Next".
3. SOLIDWORKS activates the license and it usually takes just few seconds. Please make sure that you will get the message "Activation/Reactivation Succeeded".
License has now been reactivated successfully. If you have any questions or issues, please contact PLM Group Support.
