When working with SOLIDWORKS drawings you have the ability to move or copy a dimension from one drawing view to another.
To move a dimension:
✓ hold down SHIFT
✓ hold the mouse button on the dimension you want to move
✓ drag it to the view where you want to place it
To copy a dimension:
✓ hold down CTRL
✓ hold the left mouse button on the dimension you want to copy
✓ drag to the desired view
