SOLIDWORKS TUTORIAL: How to fix the error: "The Syntax of this equation is incorrect''

You might sometimes get this error message when working with equations. You can fix this by reinstalling VBA.

Just go to your SOLIDWORKS installation directory and open the folder "PreReqs".

1. Find the Folder called VBA

2. Install the file "vba71.msi"

3. Apply the patch for windows update kb2783832

4. Restart SOLIDWORKS and you are done. ✅
