There are two options to do this:
1️⃣ Place the part at a random place within the assembly space. Once you click the left mouse button, the model is locked within the assembly space.
2️⃣ This option takes the inserted model planes and origin into consideration. When you insert the model click "OK". The Models planes and origin will be matched to the assembly’s plane and origin.
