CUSTOMTOOLS profile contains all the settings that have been defined in "Profile Options" tab in CUSTOMTOOLS "Options". It also stores information about all users that have been defined and their usernames.

Process to export and import the profile is really simple:
1. Launch CUSTOMTOOLS Administration software.
2. Choose the profile and export it to *.ctprof file.
3. If you want to import the *.ctprof profile file, in another workstation for example, launch CUSTOMTOOLS Administration software, right-click on "Profiles" text, select "Import" and import the previously exported *.ctprof file.
