How to activate your new PLM Group Delivery Dashboard

This guide will help you access you PLM Group Dashboard, where you can find license information and a LOT of other useful information!

NOTE: Before following the steps of this guide please make sure that the following is true:

A) You have a 3DEXPERIENCE ID - If you don't already have one, you can create one in the process, by following this guide - How to create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID 

B1) If you're an admin of your company's 3DEXPERIENCE tenant, make sure that it has been activated by following "Step 1" in this guide - 3DEXPERIENCE - Quick Start Guide for Admins

B2) If you're not an admin user of your your company's 3DEXPERIENCE tenant, reach out to your admin and make sure that you have been established as a user of your company's tenant - the admin can invite you as a user by following "Step 2" in this guide - 3DEXPERIENCE - Quick Start Guide for Admins

When you click the link in the delivery email you received (OR JUST CLICK THIS LINK), you will automatically be forwarded to a page where you are prompted to login in - using your 3DEXPERIENCE ID - Simply just:

1) Type in your Email or your Username

2) Click Continue

3) Type in your Password

4) Click Log in

You will now be redirected to your company's 3DEXPERIENCE tenant where an "Add Dashboard" window will appear, now

5) Optional - The default name of the dashboard is PLM Group Delivery Dashboard, but if you want to chose another name, feel free to rename it

6) Click Add

The Dashboard has now been added to your existing Dashboard list - and has automatically been set as your active dashboard. The Dashboard contains a Dashboard Story, a sort of interactive presentation that guides you through the features and functions of the Dashboard. To start this Dashboard Story, all you have to do is

7) Click the Dashboard Story button

8) Highlight the Welcome to you PLM Group Dashboard menu

9) Click Play

10) Use the Next and/or Previous buttons to navigate the Dashboard Story to learn about your new PLM Group Delivery Dashboard

That's it, now you know the contents of your Delivery Dashboard.
